How much does house cleaning in Dublin cost?
There is no price list, because the amount of work is never the same twice: two houses of the same size can be a day apart once you look inside them. Send a few photographs on WhatsApp and a figure comes back for that property, usually the same day. Nothing to pay for it, and no visit to arrange.
Which parts of Dublin do you cover?
The whole of Dublin, city and county: the coastal suburbs on the north side, the centre, west to Blanchardstown and Lucan, and south to Dun Laoghaire and Dalkey. Just over the county line — north Wicklow, south Meath, east Kildare — is worth asking about and usually works out. Where we work, and who turns up lists them by name.
Who actually turns up at the property?
The same two cleaners, every time. The pair who price the job are the pair who do it, so nobody arrives at your door having never discussed the place. It means we take on fewer bookings than a company with a rota of staff, and it is the reason the standard does not drift from one job to the next.
How much notice do you need?
Usually a few days, and short notice is always worth asking about. Since there are only two of us the busy dates go first — the end of the month, and the weekends either side of it. Weekends and bank holidays are ordinary working days here, and every message is answered within 24 hours.
Do you take on weekly or regular housekeeping?
Rarely. What we do is property cleaning rather than a weekly tidy: the jobs where a quick pass and a proper clean are told apart by whoever inspects the place afterwards. Offices are the exception — commercial premises often run on a repeating visit, with the scope and the frequency agreed up front and no tie-in on either side.
Which service do I need?
Describe the property and what has to happen by when, and we will say which one fits — or whether a single visit covers several of them. Services combine into one job and one figure rather than separate bookings, and if something smaller would do the same thing you will be told that as well.
