Deep Cleaning
in Dublin
The full clean, not the quick pass. Every room is worked through from the ceiling down — including the places a weekly tidy never reaches.

What it is
More than a very good tidy
A deep clean is a different job from regular housekeeping. Routine cleaning keeps a property presentable week to week; a deep clean deals with what has built up underneath — grease baked into the oven, limescale in the shower screen, dust on the tops of doors and behind radiators, and the grime along skirting boards that a vacuum never touches.
We work through a property in a fixed order, room by room and top to bottom, so nothing settles back onto a surface that is already finished. The kitchen takes the longest almost every time: the oven is stripped and degreased inside — racks, trays, door glass and the interior, not a wipe of the front — then the hob, the extractor and every wall unit, inside and out.
Most deep cleans are booked as a one-off: before moving in, after a property has stood empty, or before a viewing. If it has just come out of building work the job is different again — see after builders cleaning. If it is going back to a landlord or an agent, see end of tenancy cleaning.
What is included
The detail is where
the work shows
Complete Kitchen Deep Clean
Intensive degreasing of ovens, hobs, extractor fans and refrigerators, with cabinets cleaned and sanitised inside and out.
Bathrooms & Toilets
Full removal of limescale, rust and soap scum, taps and chrome polished, every surface sanitised.
Mould & Mildew Treatment
Black mould treated at walls, grout lines and silicone seals. Where water is still getting in, the cause needs a builder before any clean will hold.
Windows & Glass Surfaces
Interior windows, mirrors and glass partitions polished to a streak-free finish, including frames, sills and tracks — or taken on their own, see window cleaning.
Detailed Dust Removal
Skirting boards, radiators, doors, light fittings, switches and sockets, finished with a full mop of all hard floors.
Upholstery & Soft Furnishings
Sofas, mattresses, carpets and rugs can be added to any deep clean — see upholstery cleaning.
Any of it can be taken on its own or combined with another service in the same visit — an end of tenancy handover, the sofa and mattresses, a clean after building work — as one job and one figure rather than two bookings.
There is no price list on this site and no fixed package: the figure is always worked out for the property in front of us, because an oven that has not been touched in three years and a tidy apartment between tenants are not the same day's work.
The proof
The same room,
photographed twice
Same camera position, same light, nothing retouched. The kitchen and the bathroom are the two rooms where a deep clean shows most.

Questions
Asked most often
How long does a deep clean take?
A one-bedroom apartment in reasonable condition is usually a half day. A three-bedroom house is normally a full day, and a property neglected for a long time can take two. You get a realistic figure with the quote rather than a number that sounds good and then runs over.
How do I get a quote?
Send the size, rough condition and the date through WhatsApp — photographs are the fastest route to an accurate figure and usually get one back the same day. No charge, and no visit needed to produce one.
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of clients leave a key or arrange access through an agent or a neighbour. If you are at the property we walk through it with you before we leave; if you are not, you get photographs of the finished rooms.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything — professional products, vacuums and the specialist equipment for ovens, limescale and mould. If you would rather we used something of your own, for a stone worktop or a delicate floor, just leave it out for us.
Is the inside of the oven included?
Yes. A full oven degrease is part of a deep clean, not an extra. Racks, trays, the door glass and the interior are all done.
What if something is not up to standard?
Tell us. If we have missed something we come back and put it right — that is far less costly to us than a customer who does not call again. We work seven days a week, evenings included.
