Office & Commercial
Cleaning in Dublin

Cleaning for premises rather than homes. Worked around your opening hours — as a single visit or a standing routine — so the place is ready before anyone walks in.

What it is

Premises are judged by other people

A home is cleaned for the people who live in it. Premises are cleaned for everyone who walks in — clients, guests, staff, the person deciding whether to book a second appointment. That changes what matters. The first two metres inside the door, the glass on the partition, the state of the washroom and the smell of the kitchen do more work than anything else in the building, and they are the things that slip first.

The other difference is timing. Nobody wants a vacuum running through a meeting or a wet floor at ten in the morning. We work early mornings, evenings and weekends, so the premises are ready when the doors open rather than being cleaned while they are already in use. Keys, fobs and alarm codes are agreed before the first visit rather than sorted out on the doorstep.

Single jobs and repeating ones are both normal here: offices and studios from one room to a full floor, salons, barbers and treatment rooms, small retail units and showrooms, short-let apartments between guests. There is no minimum term and no package to fit into. If the space has just come out of a fit-out, the first clean is a different job again — see after builders cleaning, and it usually has to happen before any routine can start.

What is included

What a commercial
visit covers

01

Desks and Workstations

Surfaces cleared where you have asked us to, wiped and set back as they were. Screens, keyboards and phones are touched only if you want them touched.

02

Kitchens and Break Rooms

The shared kitchen is the room that turns first. Worktops degreased, sink and taps descaled, fridge and microwave cleaned inside on request, bins emptied, floor done last.

03

Washrooms

Sanitary ware, taps, mirrors, dispensers, tiles and floors. Limescale is treated rather than wiped around — in Dublin water it comes back within days otherwise.

04

Floors and Entrances

Vacuumed and mopped by floor type. The entrance mat and the first stretch of floor take the most traffic and get the most attention. Carpet that needs more than a vacuum is covered under carpet and upholstery cleaning.

05

Glass, Partitions and Touchpoints

Internal glass, partitions and door panels cleaned to the edges. Handles, switches, rails and lift buttons wiped as a matter of course rather than as an extra.

06

Meeting Rooms and Communal Areas

Tables, chairs, sills and skirtings. Rooms left set up rather than just cleaned, so the first meeting of the day does not start with somebody straightening furniture.

Any of it can be taken on its own or combined in the same visit — a one-off deep clean before an opening, the chairs and soft seating, a washroom round on its own — as one job and one figure rather than two bookings.

There is no price list on this site and no fixed package: the figure is worked out for the premises in front of us, because a two-room studio and a twelve-desk office over two floors are not the same evening's work.

The proof

Judge the work,
not the website

Commercial premises are the hardest thing we do to photograph — they are rarely empty and rarely ours to publish. What we can show is the same standard on the rooms that decide it: kitchens, washrooms and floors, shot from one position before and after, with nothing retouched.

Questions

Asked most often

Do you work outside office hours?

Yes, and most of our commercial work happens that way. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are normal for us. Tell us the window the premises need to be free in and we work backwards from it.

Do we have to sign a contract?

No. A single clean is a perfectly normal booking. If you want a repeating visit we agree the scope and the frequency, and either side can change it — there is no tie-in and no minimum term.

How do you get in when we are closed?

However suits you: a key, a fob, an alarm code, or somebody letting us in. It is agreed before the first visit, not on the doorstep. We arrive with our own products and equipment, so nothing has to be left out for us unless you would rather we used something of yours.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the premises, the floor types, the number of washrooms and how often we come. There is no price list because a fixed package either overcharges a small office or short-changes a large one. You get a figure after the walkthrough, before anything is booked.

Do you clean the windows?

Internal glass, frames, sills and partitions, yes. External glass above ground floor level needs access equipment and a different trade. Where the glass is the whole job rather than part of one, that is window cleaning.

Can you clean office chairs and soft seating?

Yes, but as its own job rather than part of a routine visit — fabric needs drying time. See upholstery cleaning, and it can be booked for the same evening.
