What we do

Six cleaning services
across Dublin

Kitchen and living space cleaned from worktops to floors

01 For homes and offices that need more than a routine tidy

Deep Cleaning

The complete clean. Every room worked through from the ceiling down: degreasing, descaling, dust removal from the places a weekly tidy never reaches, and a finish on floors, glass and fittings. Booked as a one-off, before moving in, or when a property has been shut up for a while.

  • Ovens & extractors
  • Limescale & grout
  • Inside cupboards

Living room cleaned and prepared for the next tenancy

02 For tenants, landlords and letting agents

End of Tenancy Cleaning

The clean a property needs at handover: oven, appliances, inside cupboards and wardrobes, limescale, skirtings, windows inside and the floors last. Carried out to the standard an inventory check is measured against.

  • Oven & appliances
  • Cupboards and wardrobes
  • Windows inside

Newly extended kitchen and dining room cleared of fine construction dust

03 For homeowners, builders and fit-out contractors

After Builders Cleaning

After an extension, a refit or a renovation the mess is not ordinary dirt: plaster dust travels through the whole property and settles again after every sweep. This is the staged clean that gets it out — debris, dust, paint specks, adhesive residue and stickers off the new glass.

  • Paint specks

Not sure which one

Describe the property,
not the service

Most people who message us describe a room rather than a job — a flat that has been empty for months, an oven nobody has touched in three years, a bathroom with mould in every seal. That is enough to work from. We will tell you which of the six it needs and how long it takes.

Commercial lounge area cleaned and presented for business use

04 For offices, small premises and short-let managers

Office & Commercial Cleaning

Cleaning for premises rather than homes: offices, studios, salons, small retail units and short-let apartments between guests. Worked around your opening hours, including evenings and weekends, either as a one-off deep clean or on a repeating visit.

  • Evenings & weekends
  • One-off or regular
  • Short-lets

Sunroom with glazing on every wall, cleaned inside

05 For glazing, patio doors and conservatories

Window & Glass Cleaning

Interior glass finished streak-free — panes, frames, sills and the tracks underneath, along with mirrors, shower screens and partitions. Outside faces are done at ground level; above that is a job for a specialist working at height.

  • Frames & sills
  • Tracks & runners
  • Mirrors & screens

Open plan living room with sofa and soft furnishings cleaned throughout

06 For sofas, mattresses, carpets and rugs

Upholstery & Mattress Cleaning

Soft furnishings cleaned where they stand: sofas and armchairs, mattresses, carpets, rugs and cushions. Stains lifted, odours dealt with at the source rather than covered, and the fabric left to dry properly before the room goes back into use.

  • Sofas & armchairs
  • Mattresses
  • Carpets & rugs

One visit

Booked alone, or folded into one job

01

Book One on Its Own

Any of the six stands alone. A sofa and a mattress, an oven before an inspection, a flat cleaned between tenants — one service, one visit, one figure. There is no minimum package to buy your way into.

02

Or Combine Several

Most jobs use more than one. A handover clean with the carpets included, or a clean after builders with the sofa and rugs done the same day, is one booking rather than two.

03

One Quote, One Team

Combined work is priced as a single job, not as separate bookings added together, and the same people carry all of it out. You deal with one person from the first message to the walk-through.

Pricing

How a quote is put together

There is no price list on this site, and that is deliberate. Two properties with the same number of rooms can take a very different amount of work: an oven that has not been touched in three years, a bathroom with mould in every seal, or a flat still full of building dust are not the same job as a tidy apartment between tenants.

So every quote is worked out for the property in front of us. Tell us the size of the place, roughly what condition it is in and when you need it done, and you get a figure for that job rather than a package price you may not need.

Four things move the figure more than the number of rooms: the state the property is in, how much of it needs detailed work, how quickly you need it finished, and access — a top-floor flat with no lift is a different day from a house with a driveway.

Photographs help more than anything else. A few pictures sent by WhatsApp usually get you an accurate figure the same day. If you want to see what that figure buys before you send anything, the before and after pairs show six rooms photographed twice, and our standards set out how we work.

Questions

Asked before booking

Can I book more than one service at once?

Yes, and most people do. An end of tenancy clean with the sofa and mattress included, or a clean after builders with the carpets done the same day, is one visit and one figure rather than two separate bookings.

Do you cover all of Dublin?

The whole city and county, from the coastal suburbs through the centre to the western edge, and the areas immediately outside it. The full list is on the about page. If you are just over the county line, ask anyway.

How soon can you come?

We come back on every message within 24 hours, weekends included. How soon after that depends on the size of the job, but short notice is normal for us. If you have a fixed handover date, book it as early as you can.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Everything comes with us: products, machines and the specialist equipment a particular job needs. You do not need to buy or supply anything, and you do not need to be there while we work.

Do you work evenings and weekends?

Seven days a week, including bank holidays. Evening starts are normal for offices and commercial premises, and early starts are normal on moving days, because the property has to be empty before we can begin.

What if I do not know which service I need?

Describe the property and what is wrong with it, or send a few photographs. Working out which of the six it needs is our job, not yours, and it costs nothing to ask.
