Our team
We are a reliable two-guy team working together across Dublin, and we work on every property ourselves. That is the whole company: the standard does not change from one booking to the next, and you are always talking to someone who has actually seen the place.
Working as a pair is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation. Two people move through a property roughly twice as fast as one — and a pair checks each other: the second person sees the corner the first one walked past.
Between us we have worked on every type of property and every level of difficulty, from an occupied family home to a flat left behind by builders. We arrive fully equipped with our own professional products and machines, and we agree what matters most to you before we start, so that is the part that gets the time.
It does mean we take on fewer jobs than a company with a rota of staff, and we would rather say a date is not available than send someone who has never worked with us to your property.
The work
Property cleaning,
not housekeeping
Almost all of our work is property cleaning rather than weekly housekeeping: deep cleans, handovers between tenants, and the clean-up after building work. These are the jobs where the difference between a quick pass and a proper clean is obvious to anyone inspecting the property afterwards.
A deposit is not returned because a property looked tidy; it is returned because the inside of the oven, the shower screen and the inside of the wardrobes were dealt with. That is the part that takes the time, and it is the part we quote for honestly. What it looks like on a real property is on before and after.

We cover the whole of Dublin city and county, and the areas immediately outside it — north and south city centre, the coastal suburbs from Howth down to Dalkey, the western suburbs around Blanchardstown and Lucan, and everything in between.
If you are just outside the county line — north Wicklow, south Meath, east Kildare — ask anyway. It usually works, and it costs nothing to find out.

You send photographs
The kitchen, the bathroom and any problem area, on WhatsApp. Tell us the type of property, the date, and whether it will be empty. That is enough to work from.
We send a price
Worked out for your property, usually the same day. No visit, no charge, no obligation. If a different service suits you better, we will say so.
We clean and check
A walk-through with you at the end, or photographs of every room if you are not there. Anything you are not happy with is put right on the spot.
There is no charge for a quote and no obligation attached to one. There is no contact form on this site either, on purpose: a form would mean collecting and storing personal data, and phone, WhatsApp and email reach us faster anyway.
