Upholstery & Mattress
Cleaning in Dublin
Sofas, mattresses, carpets and rugs cleaned where they stand — worked through to the padding, then the moisture drawn back out so the room goes back into use the same day.

What it is
Fabric keeps what hard
surfaces let go
A worktop shows you when it is dirty. Fabric does not. A sofa, a mattress or a carpet holds dust, skin, hair, spilled food and the smell of everything that has happened in the room, and it holds it below the surface where vacuuming cannot reach. The piece can look perfectly acceptable and still be the reason a room never smells quite fresh.
We clean soft furnishings in the property rather than taking them away. The fabric is vacuumed thoroughly, stains are treated individually, the piece is cleaned through, and then the moisture is drawn back out — that last step is what separates a cleaned sofa from a wet one, and it is why the room can go back into use the same day rather than the following week.
Different fabrics behave differently, so we test a hidden patch before anything else happens. If a piece is not safe to clean this way — some viscose, some silk, some older leather — we stop and tell you, rather than finding out on the front of your sofa. Where the whole property is being done at once, this goes in alongside a deep clean; at handover it belongs with end of tenancy cleaning.
What is included
The part you sit on,
and the part underneath
Sofas & Armchairs
Seats, backs, arms, cushions on both sides and the frame underneath. We lift the cushions and clean what has fallen through, which is usually the part people had forgotten about.
Mattresses
Cleaned on both sides where the mattress can be turned, with particular attention to the head end and the seams. The one piece most people have never had cleaned, and the one that spends eight hours a night against somebody’s face.
Carpets & Stairs
Fitted carpet cleaned room by room, with traffic lanes, doorways and the strip in front of a sofa treated separately because they wear at a different rate to the rest.
Rugs
Cleaned in place. Wool, natural fibre and heavily patterned rugs are tested first — some dyes move, and it is better to know that on a corner than in the middle.
Dining Chairs & Headboards
The pieces that get missed. Fabric dining chairs collect more than anything else in a house with children, and a padded headboard collects the same as a mattress.
Stains & Odours
Treated individually and at the source rather than covered with fragrance. Where a smell is coming off damp walls rather than the furniture, cleaning the fabric will not fix it — the problem is the room, not the piece.
Any of it can be taken on its own or combined with another service in the same visit — a deep clean, an end of tenancy handover, an office or short-let turnaround — as one job and one figure rather than two bookings. Booked together, the drying happens while the rest of the property is being finished.
There is no price list on this site and no fixed package: the figure is worked out for the pieces in front of us, because a two-seat sofa in good order and a family sofa with three years of spills in it are not the same afternoon’s work.
The proof
The same mattress,
photographed twice
Same camera position, same light, nothing retouched. A mattress is the piece nobody thinks to look at, and the one where the difference is hardest to argue with.

Questions
Asked most often
How long does it take to dry?
A sofa is usually ready to use in three to six hours in a warm, ventilated room. A mattress and a fitted carpet take longer. Cold weather with the windows closed can double it, so we plan the visit around when you need the room back.
Will every stain come out?
No, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. Fresh spills and general soiling usually lift well. Dye, bleach, ink, old pet accidents and anything that has already been scrubbed into the fibre may not. We look at the marks and tell you what we expect before starting.
Do you take the furniture away?
No, everything is cleaned in the property. We need a little space around the piece and access to a socket and water, and we put the room back as we found it.
Can it be done at the same time as a full clean?
Yes, and it is the sensible way to book it. Soft furnishings are done as part of the same visit as a deep clean or an end of tenancy clean, timed so the drying happens while the rest of the property is being finished.
What about pet smells?
Odour is treated where it comes from, which for pets usually means the padding rather than the surface. That works on most cases. Where a mattress or a cushion pad has been saturated over a long period, cleaning improves it but will not fully clear it, and we would rather say that at the start.
Do you clean leather?
Leather is a different job — cleaned and conditioned rather than cleaned through with moisture. Tell us it is leather when you ask, and say whether it is coated or untreated if you know.
